Sometimes we just need to have fun! Multi layer guacamole with the bottom layer made of tiny cubes of avocado, onion, garlic, tomato, & feta with lime juice, spices, & EVO. The top layer is farmer's cheese, avocado, & spices made creamy & smooth. The chips are made from raw sprouted organic corn tortillas that I cut into circles and then bake. Garnished with a lightly pickled cucumber and a kind lady bug, made from a cherry tomato and black olive, showing us to follow our heart.
