I just wanted to share the only piece of art upon my bedroom wall. It is a piece of art that is handmade, formed by the most sincere and humble intentions, and depicted in the form of a powerful mantra. It is the last thing that I see before sleep at night, and the first thing

that I see in the morning, upon awakening. A persistent reminder that one must always make sure that they receive

this most vital of nutrients－“unconditional love”－that is as every bit as important to one’s wellbeing

as air, water, and food.

It is the unconditional love

that must be sought within, before we can ever truly experience it without.
