The dressing is blue cheese made with yogurt, gorgonzola, EVO, onion, garlic, and the magical little blue pea butterfly flowers. Garnished with bread crumbs, quinoa, and a lovely little bouquet for the ladies provided with much love & kind-heartedness from Jack. | ![]() The Mermaid & The SailorThe beautiful and alluring mermaid, with her long and luscious blonde locks, bathing in a sea of gold. Makes easy pray of the predictable, one track minded, and ever persisting pitiless sailor. A very simple, very delicious soup. Golden beet greens broth, wild foraged ramp, wakame, and wild mushroom, so delicious and incredibly good for you. |

![]() Witch's Hat & BroomThis can be a dessert or a meal. Sliced steamed beets, stacked with fresh farmer's cheese mixed with fresh tarragon, chives and a pinch of cinnamon. This one really blew everyone away and not because of the presentation. It was just plain delicious. Our Jack-O-Lantern friend is a steamed sweet potato ball honey glazed, with a face of fiery little pieces of beet.
